Measuring Mode:
a. Working with the one of 5 preinstalled conversion
curves, considering kind of material (heavy
concrete; light (lightweight) concrete, compo
(fine) concrete, ceramic and lime-sand bricks)
and aggregate, age of concrete (from 1 days
to 4 years) and its conditions of hardening
(normal or steaming). There are the basically
new functions: curve's correction adjusted for
coefficient of coincidence and impact impulse's
direction (5 directions: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°,
180°) and kind of object consideration (slab,
column, collar beam, girder etc.).
b. Showing the information as a bar diagram
with the calculation of standard deviation and
coefficient of variation, indication of maximal
and minimal values in series, possibility of
review and removing any intermediate value.
There are transitions provided between the Modes
while testing.
2. Memory Mode: the non-volatile memory stores
measured values with test date, time, concrete
type
and kind of object. The Memory Book may contain
from 1000 to 5000 values, depending on Instrument's
configuration.
3. Settings Mode: provides establishing of minor
parameters and help functions:
the number of series within the standard deviation
and coefficient of variation calculating segment
selectable Unit (MPa, N/mm2, kg/cm2, psi)
outliers selection criterion (+ rejection limit)
thickness of carbonization layer
4. Services Mode:
memory organization characteristic (article
type, date, material), date and time, auto switch-off
timer, language.
Beton Pro Condtrol is equipped with standard
interface RS-232, for connection with a computer,
that
considerably expands their possibilities on
creation of the reporting. It needs no linkages
and additional
software supports. Original software package
and USB transfer cable for PC are included.
5. Conversion Curve Mode: provides the individual
conversion curves installation.
The process of product strength measuring is
the following: a series of impacts (up to 15)
is applied on the tested part, electronic block
estimates the hardness and resilient properties
of the tested material according to impact impulse
parameters from the sclerometer, then it converts
the impulse parameter into the strength,
inducing it on device visual display (in MPa).
Algorithm of measuring results processing includes:
Averaging of single values;
Comparing of each single value with the average
one, with further rejection of single values
with deviation from the average, which is more
admissible;
- Averaging of single values left after rejection;
- Inducing and recording final strength value
in memory.
Patented original sclerometer is equipped with
new high - precision sensor. It is simple, reliable,
compact and convenient in use. Applied sheet
(not spiral) spring is not prestressed and constant
in time.
